I think it's one of the best buys I 've ever done this 2024. Removes all outside light is very comfortable. Certainly helps the dream a lot. With some good ear plugs and this, you sleep with the Angels🤣

Unlike normal U-shaped pillows, this one is very comfortable
Very happy with this pillow. It is a bit heavier than expected, very soft memory foam around the neck. Not suitable to sleep lying on the side, but great if sleeping on the back. Pretty good noise reduction but not as good as a noise cancelling earphones.
